What are your hours of availability?

Our usual hours of operation are Monday through Friday between 7am and 5pm, exceptions are made based on the location and nature of the work needed.

What geographical area do you serve?

Typically we provide service in the Greater La Crosse area and nearby surrounding communities in Wisconsin and Minnesota such as Barre Mills, West Salem, Sparta, Tomah, Whitehall, Trempealeau, Galesville, Stoddard, Genoa, Viroqua, Cashton, La Farge, Brownsville, Dakota, & La Crescent

What type of services do you provide?

We provide residential services, both new construction of homes, garages, and other out buildings as well as remodeling of existing spaces as minimal as changing out outlets/switches, installing ceiling fans etc. or as extensive as updating an electrical service, or updating and re-wiring a historical home and property. We also provide outdoor wiring to accent gardens and yards and also to provide enhanced security lighting for safety. We listen to your ideas and work with architects/designers/contractors to create exactly the ambiance and specifications you need for a functional and inviting environment.

Can your employees be trusted to be respectful of my property and its contents?

Yes. At Stokes Electric, we take great pride in the work we do and live by the principle, “Your mother doesn’t live here, clean up after yourself when you’re finished”. Our aim is to leave a place at least as clean as how we found it from a construction perspective.

All Stokes Electric employees have undergone background checks prior to beginning work with our Company. They are expected to report to all job sites in a clean and well kept manner. They are customer friendly and appreciate the opportunity to offer suggestions without taking short cuts or adding unnecessary costs to the project.

We provide bids and estimates for all projects when requested.  Any additional costs based on changes and modifications are discussed prior to commencement of those changes and at your request.

How will I know what this is going to cost?

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, bank drafts, business checks, personal checks, and credit card payments. Our expectation is to have a down payment on larger projects followed by incremental payments as work progresses. We anticipate full payment at the completion of the work within 30 days of completion.

What if I am not satisfied with the work?

We will do everything in our power to make sure you are satisfied and will do our very best to make sure your project is completed in a timely and professional manner.

How do I know the products used for my project are of high quality?

Because we use only products that are of high quality whether visible to the eye or hidden behind a wall. It is our pledge to you to ensure our work is of high quality and will stand the expected test of time. We do not cut corners nor use substandard products. For that reason, we may not always be the least expensive estimate you receive.
